米兰app免费下载安装 、物理学报等专业学术刊物上发表论文50多篇，其中SCI收录25篇，出版学术专著两部，授权国家发明专利6项。讲授过《激光原理与技术》、《半导体物理学》、《半导体光学》、《半导体光电子器件》、《现代显示技术》等研究生和本科生课程。主持完成湖南省校企合作人才培养示范基地建设项目1项、湖南省教学改革研究项目1项、米兰体育官网入口下载教学改革研究项目2项，获得米兰体育官网入口下载教学成果二等奖1项。指导学生获得全国大学生光电设计竞赛二等奖1项和三等奖3项。指导本科生发表科研论文3篇，其中SCI论文1篇、湖南省光学年会优秀论文1篇。
从事专业领域：光学，光学工程。主要研究方向：（1）半导体光电子器件；（2）激光物理与激光技术；（3）微纳光学器件。
